How to design user experience?
1. Before the New Year’s Day, I, at the invitation of Zhaochen, participated in “The Cruise Lectures on Human and The Information Society” organized by CAM.
2. Before I went there, Zhao sent me an outline, which confused me.
3. During the period, Zhao introduced many concepts such as UCD, user experience, and usability.
4. Many research methods can be very flexible. But the most difficult part may be “design” and how to design.
5. In fact, that day many topics were discussed, but I could not remember them all.
